Konichiwa!

My name's Keiko. Pronounced Kay-koh.
I'm apparently 5'0 and a half. XD
I'm half Japanese. One-forth German. And one-forth other stuff.

I love taking pictures, and just recently received a Nikon D60 for my birthday. I don't get the chance to really take pictures very often, and I know I have a lot to learn as far as photography goes.
You'll obviously see a "trend" of sorts in my pictures. I love plants and flowers and tend to go for a more "artistic" mood to the picture, or put the focus on only a small part.
None of my pictures are edited unless I say so [with the exception of resizing/cropping]. That means they came directly off my camera and onto DA.

I do a little writing every now and then when I feel inspired. Poetry is such an amazing way to express yourself and let your feelings out.

Other things I enjoy doing include reading, horseback riding, tennis, listening to music, singing, and playing my violin.
